A full-featured plug-in lamp dimmer that can be remotely controlled by the included wall remote and local control. This product is suitable for halogens, incandescent or 'candle lights'. Complete kit so can be used straight out of the box or combine it with your Insteon automation system for additional functionality.  The remote can be separated from the wall plate if you prefer to use it as a hand held remote. 

Not suitable for fluorescent, low-energy lights or appliances as attempting to dim these devices may damage the module or your device.

The INSTEON Plug-In Dimmer (Dual-Band) is a full-featured plug-in dimmer that can be remotely controlled by any INSTEON controller. This simple-to-use plug-in dimmer has advanced features, including:

• Adjustable ramp rate that slowly brings the lamp on
• Preset dim level that stores your preferred choice of 32 brightness levels when turning the lamp on
• Retain local, manual control via a control switch on the module

Installation is easy, simply plug the module into a power point and then connect a lamp or other light fitting up to 300W max into the module. You'll then have control of the light from any INSTEON Controller, including automated control, scenes, or control over the web via your computer or smartphone.
