Fibaro Z-Wave Dimmer Bypass (For use only with Dimmer v1)

All z-wave dimmers require a minimun load on the light circuit otherwise it may not work.  The Fibaro dimmer is the best for low load light circuits and requires a minimum load of 25W however if you use it on a circuit with a load less than this you may encounter flickering and lights refusing to switch on or off.
This Fibaro  Bypass acts as a dummy load and increases the load above the 25W minimum to eliminate these issues.
